Privacy requests and complaints

You can use this form without an account, or email info@skilvault.com. For purchase cancellation, you can also contact support@skilvault.com.

If you can sign in, Settings → Privacy offers account deletion and a data download.

Include enough information to explain your request. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or identity documents. We may ask for proportionate identity verification through an appropriate channel. You do not need to give a reason for a rights request.

We keep encrypted request correspondence while handling your case and normally for six months after closure for accountability and legal-claims handling. A justified legal hold may require longer; we will explain any applicable exception. Requests can also be made by post to DGTISE LTD, 20 High Street, Bristol, Somerset, United Kingdom, BS48 1BT.
