Requires per-session tool discovery, a connection check, exact-scope user approval before every write, and read-back or explicit human confirmation of every write. Use when the user asks to find or create ActiveCampaign contacts, change contact tags, manage list memberships, enroll contacts in existing automations, or attach follow-up tasks. Not for campaign or one-to-one email sends, bulk imports, building automations or lists, direct ActiveCampaign REST calls, or sessions with no authenticated Rube endpoint and approved connected account.
