Sets up and runs a multi-service .NET solution locally with Aspire — scaffolds the AppHost orchestrator and the shared service-defaults project, declares container resources such as MySQL and Redis, hands their connection details to services by resource name, wires HTTP service-to-service resolution, and reads logs, traces and metrics in the Aspire dashboard, then derives docker-compose or Kubernetes artifacts from the same model.
