build-mv3-browser-extensions

Builds browser extensions on the Manifest V3 standard for Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Firefox, covering project scaffolding, the manifest file, popups, content scripts, service workers, storage, and message passing, with permission discipline aimed at passing store review. Use when the user asks to create, extend, or fix a browser extension, add-on, content script, or MV3 background worker. Not for userscripts, ordinary web apps, mobile apps, or scripted browser-test automation.
