change-blast-radius

Estimates the blast radius of editing a function, method, or class in the current repository by querying a preinstalled local GitNexus command-line program. Counts direct, transitive, and total dependents, lists the execution flows that pass through the symbol, optionally lists what the symbol itself depends on, finds the test files that exercise it, and grades the overall risk. Use when the user asks what breaks if a symbol changes, whether a symbol is safe to modify, or wants an impact check before a refactor. Not for making code changes, running tests, building or refreshing the code index, or analyzing code outside the indexed repository.
