cross-session-memory

Signed by SkilVault

Runs a local memory tool so a coding agent keeps knowledge across sessions. At session start, before any work, the skill loads the project context recorded by earlier sessions, searches the task topic when there is one, and fetches the full record for every search result that reports details as available. After a session that changed, fixed, decided, configured, or learned something, it filters what happened against the qualifying events and writes each qualifying event as its own searchable record, excluding only trivial churn, repository-obvious facts, and duplicates. It also serves direct requests to remember, recall, or search stored knowledge. Use when this skill is active for a coding session, or when the user asks to store or retrieve knowledge from past sessions. Not for secrets or credentials, for trivial edits, or as a replacement for documentation that belongs in the repository.
