Decomposes an effort too large for one agent session into one-sitting decision tickets on the repo's issue tracker, all children of a single overview issue that holds the goal, settled decisions, questions still too vague to ticket, and excluded work. Each ticket carries one sharply worded question typed as research, conversation, prototype, or errand; sessions close at most one ticket each, posting the full resolution on the ticket and a one-line linked gist on the overview, until no open question remains between the user and the goal. Every tracker write and other externally visible action requires explicit user approval first. Use when the user brings a large, loosely defined effort and asks for structured planning, or points to an existing overview to continue. Not for efforts that fit in a single session, for executing the planned work itself, or for installing or configuring an issue tracker.
