draft-pr-description
Documentation & WritingBuilds the markdown body of a pull request from three parts: a compact visual chosen to answer the question a reviewer will actually ask (plain-logic steps, a call outline, a screen outline, a directory outline, a sequence diagram, or an anchored diff), before-and-after evidence taken first from runs that already exist and otherwise only from checks that write nothing and stay on the local machine, with explicit user approval required before any check that alters data or is observable off the machine, and a closing note on whether a bad merge can be rolled back and which surfaces a wrong one would reach. Use when the user asks for a PR write-up, a description for a finished branch, or help sharpening a rough draft. Not for commit messages, release notes, review comments, or for creating, pushing, updating, or merging the pull request itself.
