examples-batch-runner

Drives a pnpm examples workspace through one automated batch pass. Builds every package and runs the per-package build check first, then launches the example start scripts in parallel with canned answers for interactive prompts, one log file per script, category-based includes and excludes, a standing auto-skip list, and per-script time ceilings. After each pass it checks every clean exit against the example's own source, gathers failures into a rerun list, and retries entries one by one until they pass or persist. Approval auto-answering and stopping a live batch happen only after explicit user confirmation. Use when the user asks to run the whole examples suite, smoke-test the examples workspace, resume or retry an earlier pass, or monitor a long batch. Not for interactively debugging a single example, for examples whose purpose is a real human approval gate, or for suites that depend on live third-party services.
