gh-pr-checks-proxy

Bridges GitHub pull request checks and commit statuses through a local proxy when a fine-grained personal access token cannot read the Checks API directly. Fetches or watches check runs with the gh-checkproxy CLI, reads verdicts from exit codes, and hands every other repository action back to the normal gh CLI. Use when a fine-grained PAT makes PR CI status unreadable, when an automated workflow must wait on CI before proceeding, or when the proxy service needs configuring and starting on a trusted host. Not for writing check runs, for general repository operations, or for setups where the standard gh CLI already reads checks fine.
