gif-search-frame-export

Uses the gifgrep CLI and TUI to search Tenor or Giphy, preview candidates in the terminal, download a confirmed GIF, and export single still frames or contact-sheet PNG grids for review. Use when the user says "find me a gif", "search giphy or tenor", "download that gif", "extract a frame from this animation", or "make a storyboard grid". Not for publishing or redistributing assets without rights checks, editing GIF content, or installing tools without approval.
