install-github-skills

Installs agent skills from GitHub repositories into the local skills directory and lists the skills a repository offers, marking ones already present. Fetches the repository archive for public repos or does a shallow sparse clone with the user's existing git credentials for private ones, verifies each skill folder has a SKILL.md file, and refuses to overwrite existing skills without confirmation. Use when the user wants to browse, list, or install skills from a GitHub owner/repo, a repo tree URL, or a skills collection. Not for authoring or editing skills, uninstalling skills, or fetching from non-GitHub sources.
