Pins a leading icon in a list item to the first line of wrapped text by giving the icon a height of one line-height inside a flex row. Use when building list items, menu entries, or stacked notification rows where the icon must stay beside the opening text line, or when an icon drifts to the vertical middle after its label wraps. Not for trailing icons, standalone icon buttons, card grids, or aligning icons with each other rather than with text.
