Saves short local notes per document id for future sessions and drafts documentation feedback for the user to approve. Use when the user asks to build against or call an external service, wants the newest API behavior, or mentions chub or Context Hub. Not for questions the project's own code can answer, machines where the chub command is unavailable, or live testing of endpoints.
