Creates a day-level TODO task in a One Horizon workspace by calling the create-todo MCP tool, optionally linking the task to an initiative so it counts as part of that larger effort, and records finished implementation work as a Completed task carrying a structured changes summary. Use when the user asks to log a task, add a todo, track a small piece of day-level work, write completed work back to an initiative, or attach a task to a named initiative. Not for creating initiatives themselves, filing bugs, handling feature-request intake, or editing and deleting tasks that already exist.
