Manages day-to-day coding work in two Markdown files at the repository root. CURRENT.md holds the single task in flight, a one-sentence session aim, working notes, and a short log of completions. BACKLOG.md holds every other idea, defect, refactor, and chore in sorted tiers. Covers scaffolding the files, opening and closing sessions, capturing new work, triaging it, promoting a queued item into focus, and closing tasks out whether they are finished or partway. Use when the user wants to start or end a work session, check what is active or queued, add or sort tasks, or bring these tracking files into a repository. Not for hosted issue trackers, kanban apps, or project-wide documentation naming and placement rules.
