At each wrap-up it records scope, problem, approach and dependencies, files choices into architecture, problem-handling and organization buckets, and weighs recurrence across four windows: current entry, trailing five, trailing twenty, lifetime. Recency alone never sets a standing; a default needs both an established lifetime standing and a trailing-twenty sighting. Offers on-demand standing reports, conflict notes, dictated observations, and optional approved session-end and pre-compaction reminders. Use when the user wants to close out or summarize a mobile session, log a habit in their own words, or review which habits are rising, established or fading. Not for mid-session single-file capture, non-mobile stacks, or writing app code itself.
