Produces transport DTOs with JSON tags, a handler struct whose fields are generic use-case interfaces plus a shared error responder and logger, the five conventional endpoint methods for a resource, URL parameter parsing, Swagger comment annotations, and Fx provider registration inside the module. Use when asked to add, change or review REST endpoint handlers in a module's chi handler package, or to register a new handler with dependency injection. Not for implementing the use cases or storage behind the endpoints, router and middleware setup, or services written outside Go.
