Runs vault operations against a live Obsidian desktop app through the obsidian CLI — reading notes, creating and appending content, daily-note journaling, vault-wide text search, frontmatter properties, and listings of tasks, tags and incoming links, with targeting by note name, vault-relative path or vault name. Also walks the reload-and-inspect verification loop for plugin and theme development, including in-app JavaScript evaluation, CSS inspection, screenshots, DOM queries and mobile emulation. Use when the user wants their Obsidian vault driven from the command line, asks for notes, properties or daily entries to be added or changed programmatically, or is iterating on an Obsidian plugin or theme and needs to check it inside the running app. Not for editing markdown files directly on disk while Obsidian is closed, and not for installing or configuring Obsidian itself.
