Use when the user asks to "create a note in my vault", "add a callout", "link two notes", "set frontmatter properties", "embed an image or PDF in Obsidian", or "fix my note's formatting". Not for building Obsidian plugins, syncing or backing up vaults, or plain Markdown outside Obsidian where wikilinks and callouts do not render.
