Runs a complete repository onboarding pass by delegating, in a fixed sequence, to the skills review-codebase, review-architecture, generate-standard-readme, write-agents-entry, and optionally discover-skills, then merges what they return into one report covering a codebase snapshot, severity-rated structural findings, debt and quality signals, documentation status with file paths, recommended skills with install commands, and ranked next steps. The orchestrator itself performs no analysis and writes no documentation. Use when someone is joining, inheriting, or preparing an unfamiliar repository for handoff and wants the combined analysis-plus-documentation pass. Not for single-purpose asks such as README-only or architecture-only, which go to the individual skills, and not for change review, security audits, CI setup, or implementing the fixes the report proposes.
