Ends a work session by turning its progress, decisions, reusable patterns, discoveries, open tasks, and any new project-level understanding into durable key-and-body memories written through Serena MCP tools, so a later session on any agent connected to the same Serena project can pick the work back up. Checks the existing memory inventory before drafting, routes each item to its matching key prefix, batches every intended write into one numbered create-or-update proposal, persists only entries the user has seen and approved in full, then runs Serena's reflection step and reports the stored keys with a suggested reading order for the next session. Use when the user asks to save, wrap up, pause, checkpoint, hand off, or otherwise preserve a session or its learnings. Not for restoring saved memories into a session, general file management, or storing secrets and credentials.
