Takes a color idea to a locally installed VS Code color theme by building a small extension from editable part files, merging them into one theme JSON, packaging a vsix with the vsce tool, and installing it through the code CLI so it appears in the theme picker. Use when the user wants a personal dark or light editor theme, wants syntax, workbench, or terminal colors restyled, or wants to update, repackage, or remove a theme built with this skill. Not for publishing to a marketplace, icon themes, general extension development, or editing VS Code settings files.
