pixijs-v8-compositing
Web FrontendComposites PixiJS v8 display objects by assigning mode-name strings to the blendMode property, covering the built-in GPU blend modes, the filter-backed modes registered by the advanced-blend-modes import together with the useBackBuffer init option on WebGL, retina-resolution fixes for filter-based modes, and child ordering that keeps blend-mode switches rare. Use when writing, reviewing or debugging PixiJS v8 code that sets blendMode, builds glow, shadow or overlay layering, or finds modes like overlay, color-burn or color-dodge compositing as plain normal blending. Not for custom WebGPU or WebGL shaders outside PixiJS, for PixiJS v7 and its enum-style API, or for filters, masks and tinting unrelated to blend modes.
