Scans every customizable bundled template together with its override status, copies a chosen default into the project's planning templates folder for local restyling, applies the user's requested edits to that copy, and runs the suite library's drift check to catch overrides that lost required frontmatter keys or body headings. Use when the user asks to see or list customizable templates, copy or start a template override, customize or edit planning output formats, or check overrides for drift and missing fields. Not for initializing the planning directory, generating the planning documents themselves, or changing files outside the project's planning templates folder.
