pr-merge-triage
Audits an open GitHub pull request for merge blockers: failed, timed-out, cancelled, stale, errored or action-required results across check runs and legacy commit statuses, unresolved review threads from humans and bots, and description sections left blank or holding TODO filler. It waits for in-flight checks to finish, gathers evidence again once they land, and repeats if new runs appear. Each failure is classified by cause as either a local fix or an action the user must take outside the repository, and findings sort into blocker, informational and apparently-resolved groups. On request it edits files, runs the project tests and commits; the push and any review-thread resolutions each require separate explicit confirmation. Use when the user wants a pull request checked for merge readiness, review feedback triaged, or a stacked chain of PRs readied for merging. Not for merging, closing, reopening or creating pull requests, re-triggering CI, or posting reviews, approvals or comments.
