Updates a product requirements document so it matches the design decisions reached during a conversation, such as architecture and stack choices, requirement changes, workflow pivots, scope cuts, and deferred features. Extracts each decision from the discussion, grades its effect on requirements, delivery phases, embedded code samples, risks, and dependencies, then rewrites the affected PRD sections and appends dated entries to its decision log. Use when the user says things like switching to a different framework, dropping a feature, or reordering delivery phases and wants the PRD brought back in line. Not for drafting a PRD from scratch, writing or modifying code, or reconciling the document with changes already merged into the codebase.
