prd-to-ralph-backlog

Converts an existing product requirements document into the prd.json story backlog consumed by the ralph autonomous loop. Sizes every story to fit one fresh-context iteration, orders stories so prerequisites execute first, writes yes-or-no acceptance criteria that always close with the typecheck criterion, adds browser verification for visible changes, and settles any previous run left in the ralph directory, archiving it with the user's approval before files are replaced. Use when the user supplies an existing PRD and explicitly asks to convert it to ralph format or produce prd.json for the ralph loop. Not for drafting a PRD from scratch, generic backlog grooming outside ralph, implementing the stories, or running the loop.
