Turns one supplied photo into a short child-friendly story, spoken aloud: collects the listener's age, language or language pair and preferred tone, has an image-understanding tool describe the picture with a child-facing prompt, shapes the result into a narration script, then converts the script to audio with a text-to-speech tool, passing mp3 unless the user asks for wav, and reports the script together with the audio path. Every service call waits for explicit user approval, including a separate approval covering the risk that the speech tool overwrites an existing audio file at a destination this skill cannot control or predict.
