Builds a single git commit from the staged diff whose message pairs a Conventional Commits header and evidence body with two SR&ED trailers, SRED-Type and SRED-Claim, so work that may support a Canada Revenue Agency Scientific Research and Experimental Development tax-credit claim is labelled while the details are fresh. Inspects the staged changes, scans commit history for claim identifiers already in use, requires explicit user approval of any identifier history does not already contain, validates the draft against eight rules in a repeat-until-clean loop, and commits from a message file only after the user approves the final text and the cleanup that follows it. Use when the user asks for an SR&ED or CRA tax-credit commit, or wants SRED trailers added to a commit about to happen. Not for judging whether work qualifies for the credit, filling in CRA claim forms, or ordinary commits that need no tax-credit tagging.
