Use when the user wants an outside scheduler with retry handling, a visible run log, and alerting for recurring Supabase HTTP work, or asks to run a Supabase job on a cron timetable. Not for SQL-only jobs inside Postgres, which belong to pg_cron, and not for scheduling endpoints unrelated to Supabase.
