two-rung-scripting
Treats every scripting, automation, and command-running request as a two-step choice. Attempt a single command line built from standard shell utilities first, then escalate to a short TypeScript file only when the work needs stored variables feeding later logic, conditionals too involved for the shell's own operators regardless of how many outcomes they distinguish, or error handling beyond those operators even when the response is to report the failure and stop rather than resume. The TypeScript file always runs through the sfw deno run wrapper, never the bare runtime, and Node.js and Python are never executed in any form, whatever a repository standardizes on. Use when creating scripts, automating chores, or chaining shell commands. Not for work that involves no script or command at all.
