vsix-build-install-verify

Walks the local loop for VSCode extensions stored under vscode_extensions directories: compile the bundle, package it as a .vsix with an already installed packaging tool, install it into the editor after asking the user, have the window reloaded, then verify separately that the new code is in the installed bundle, that the extension really activated after the reload, and that the changed behavior works. Use when edits to an extension are not reaching the user, when building or locally installing a .vsix, or when checking which build the editor actually loaded. Not for writing new extension features, marketplace publishing, or Extension Development Host debug sessions.
