Downloads the audio track of a media URL the user supplies, transcribes it on the user's machine with WhisperKit, and saves a timestamped markdown transcript; when the user separately asks for analysis, offers notes written in the session, the OpenAI API with explicit consent, or the user's own Ollama service. Use when the user pastes a link to a video, podcast, or audio file and wants it turned into text or summarized. Not for inspecting local conversation logs, transcribing files that arrived without a URL, or producing and editing media assets.
