Installs one user-chosen code quality tool — linter, formatter, type checker, dead-code finder, or security scanner — into every enforcement layer of a uv-managed Python repository. Adds the dev dependency through uv, publishes a justfile recipe on the default target, registers a lefthook pre-commit job, and appends a GitHub Actions verify step, keeping configuration options identical across layers while deliberately varying file scope and check-only mode, and holding every file-rewriting behaviour behind explicit human approval. Use when the user names a specific check to add to just, lefthook, and GitHub Actions together. Not for choosing between tools, tuning rules, clearing reported violations, or projects on a different task runner, hook manager, or CI provider.
