xaml-issue-unit-tests

Creates an issue-numbered XAML unit test pair inside the MAUI Controls.Xaml.UnitTests project so one test body exercises runtime inflation, XamlC compilation, and source generation through an inflator parameter. Reads the repository's XAML test conventions before authoring, restricts inflation paths with file-name suffixes, asserts compile-time rejection with in-process compiler helpers, and requires a bug-reproduction test to be observed failing on unfixed code and observed passing once the fix is applied. Use when a GitHub issue reports a XAML-specific defect such as a broken binding, a mis-evaluated markup extension, a wrong x:Name field, or markup that should fail to compile. Not for UI interaction, visual appearance, layout, platform rendering, or behavior observable only after a real page loads.
